The Perrone-Ambrose Executive Coaching Program
The coaching process at Perrone-Ambrose consists of four phases, each one building upon the information received in the previous phase. Each phase is driven by the client and supported by the coach with a variety of tools that help identify and clarify the client's goals and commitments.

Phase 1: The Base-Line Assessment
The client is provided with self-scoring and 360 degree feedback instruments to better understand how effectively he or she is performing specific, observable practices as well as the impact of his or her personal behavioral style. The information obtained from these tools will help to set goals and measure behavioral change.

Phase 2: The Professional and Business Excellence Plan
Using feedback from the base-line assessment tools and professional development goals, the client creates a professional and business excellence plan that outlines the goals, performance outcomes and vision for success. The plan becomes the core of the coaching agenda.

Phase 3: The Designed Coaching Alliance
An initial three-hour meeting between the client and coach covers each aspect of the professional and business excellence plan and the results of the base-line assessment. The coach and client design their relationship to best serve the client's success.

Phase 4: The Coaching Sessions
The coaching sessions are confidential and are conducted in one-hour time allotments every one to two weeks, depending on the client's need or preference.
