Mentoring Culture
A major urban security services firm believes
all of its managers should be mentors and coaches of the people
they manage. In addition to its formal company-wide mentoring
program, all of its leadership personnel are expected to participate
in the Mentors2100 skill training program.

Multiple Mentoring
A large international actuarial consulting
firm is committed to insuring that all newly hired college graduates
are involved in a formal mentoring experience. A customized Mentors2100
program has established a mentoring circle process for small groups
of mentees working with experienced mentors.

Corporate-Wide Mentoring
One of the nation’s largest food
store chains has implemented the Mentors2100 Strategic Support
Cycle in all of its 12 operating divisions nation-wide. Following
the initial program launch, the training staff completed the Mentors2100
Train-the Trainer and now licenses the program for use nationwide.
